RETURNS

Switch provides customer onboarding using a specific Know Your Customer (KYC) process. In the event that you do not complete the customer onboarding process, you will receive an immediate refund.

RETURN PROCESS

In the event that you do not complete the process, please submit an email request to support@switchkyc.co.uk with a confirmation that you did not complete the process. You will receive a full refund within five business days.
